Terms of Service

GENERAL :► I accept Payment via Paypal only. No refunds.► No priority commissions.► I own full rights of the commissioned artwork and I can post it on my site/socials, make speed paints, or show it in my portfolios/artbooks. If you wish me to keep your commissioned work private and not uploaded, I kindly ask you to inform me beforehand.► I have the right to decline a commission request if I find the design to be too detailed/the concept or idea makes me uncomfortable/I’m unable to draw it. I also have the right to remove or change details (complex patterns, tattoos, etc…) if you can’t provide a PNG file. If you'd like me to draw it from scratch because you don’t have a file it will be charged an extra for the details.► I usually draw female characters, male characters only on occasions. Please, keep this in mind when you place a commission. Regarding the backgrounds, I only provide simple background with few details. If you request additional elements or details or shades, the price will be agreed based on the complexity of the request.► I do provide NSFW art such as underwear, lingerie, nudity, and harness… but I do not draw sexual intercourse, masturbation, etc…► I also do not accept requests with unusual subjects such as chibi, loli, furry, gore, or other sensitive contents. If you are unsure about your request, feel free to contact me and ask me any questions.► Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples and the final illustration you will receive.► As a commissioner you are allowed to use the artwork as you please as long as it’s for personal use. You can post it on social medias (as long as credited) and print it but not sell it. You are not allowed to remove my watermark, change the artwork, claim it as yours, or make a profit off of my art by selling it or making products with my art on it (NFT included).PROCESS :► If by any chance you want to free your slot on the waitlist, feel free to let me know and I will cancel your request. You’re also allowed to make changes to your request before I start the commission. However, if you've already paid and the new request is more detailed I’m reserving the right to ask you to pay and extra for the details.► Reference photos and detailed descriptions will need to be provided. To fulfill your request I will need as many details as possible, such as eyes color, markings of sort, hairstyle, clothes style, accessories, skin color, peculiar textures, etc… Please keep in mind that the better is the quality of the references, the easier will be for me to work on your commission and provide a satisfying result.► It may take me up to four months to finish your commission. The time may vary depending on technical and personal issues.► I will allow revisions during three stages:
- Sketch
- Flat colors (base)
- 50-60% rendered artwork (minor revisions)► If you have placed a commission, you will receive a draft sketch for approval first. Then you will get a cleaner draft for a second approval. Please list all the changes you wish me to make when receiving these sketches. When everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork.► Keep in mind that I offer an amount of five edits for free along the three revision phases. After that, you will be charged based on the requested edit, so make sure you list all the edits together as much as possible. For example: if I provide the sketch and you want to change the hairstyle and the mouth shape, if you list them together at the same time they will count as one edit. If I provide you the new sketch and you ask me to change the position of the arms, it will count as a second edit. And so on.► If I present you the final work and you still want to change something that you previously approved, it will be charged extra depending on the requested edit. If I made a mistake or something previously requested is missing, the correction will be free of charge.FINAL PIECES :► You will only receive the digital art file. Not the printed art.► The final piece will be sent through e-mail or Discord.PAYMENT PROCESS :► Payments are only accepted in Euro and will be provided via Paypal.► The payments must be provided after the approval of the first sketch.► Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours.► If I’m unable to complete your commission after you already paid, you will be fully refunded. If you change your mind and you don’t want the illustration anymore but you already paid, no refund will be provided.
